COVID-19 Message

As we continue to navigate the COVID-19 pandemic both as people and as a business; we remain committed to ensuring your safety and satisfaction. We have increased sanitation procedures and taking several precautionary measures to keep your package safe. For this reason, we have partnered with Love Dirty to provide our customers with free hand sanitizer samples. These samples will be included in all orders and we hope it provides peace of mind.

Can COVD-19 be transmitted through mail?

We continue to follow the strategies and measures recommended by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and public health departments. The World Health Organization says it is safe to handle packages even if delivered from locations with COVID-19 cases. “The likelihood of an infected person contaminating commercial goods is low and the risk of catching the virus that causes COVID-19 from a package that has been moved, travelled, and exposed to different conditions and temperature is also low.” 

What is the shelf life?

Because we use natural preservatives and not the icky stuff that extends the shelf life of most cosmetics, our products have a two year shelf life. Recommended one year period of use once opened.

 

Are your products vegan and cruelty free?

Yes, all of our products are vegan and have NOT been tested on animals. So you can feel good about what you’re putting on your skin!

 

Are your products certified organic?

We thoughtfully source all of our ingredients and strive to provide the most pure, clean and highest quality ingredients. It would be a dream if all of our products were 100% organic but some ingredients simply don’t exist in an organic form. For this reason, we try to maintain the organic content of our final products at 70-80%.

Our stretch mark oil contains approximately 80% certified organic content.

 

Where are your products made?

All of our products are manufactured in the United States.

 

Do you offer samples?

Sorry, we don’t offer product samples but stay tuned!

 

Where do you ship?

All orders ship via USPS to all U.S. States & Canada. While we currently are not accepting orders outside of these countries please message or tag us on Instagram @matanaorganics to help us get to you sooner.

 

How long will it take to receive my package?

Standard shipping orders arrive approximately 5-7 business days. Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to process.

 

How can I track my order?

You can track your order by clicking on the link in your order confirmation email.

 

How much does shipping cost?

Standard shipping on orders is estimated at $7.95  (U.S. Domestic)

Standard shipping on orders to Canada is estimated $15.95 and up.  

We offer FREE standard shipping on orders $50 or more.

Expedited shipping options are available upon checkout. Please note if choosing expedited shipping any order placed after 1pm PST will ship out the following business day.

 

Can I cancel or modify my order?

All orders process quickly and once in our system are difficult to cancel or modify. As a result, we cannot guarantee your order will be canceled or modified. Please contact us immediately and we will do our best to change/modify your existing order.

 

What is your return policy?

We gladly accept returns on any unopened / unused products within 14 days of receipt.

If your product has been damaged during shipment please contact us at contact@matanaorganics.com so we can send you a new replacement.

*Please note we are not responsible for any shipping costs on returns + exchanges on unopened/undamaged products.
